Arsenal have reportedly secured an agreement in principle with Algerian midfielder Mohamed Belloumi over a potential move from Hull City as Mikel Arteta’s side look to strengthen their attacking options.
The Premier League giants have been monitoring the 24-year-old for some time and are now making progress in their pursuit after receiving positive signals from the player regarding a possible switch to the Emirates Stadium.
According to reports, Belloumi has given the green light to the proposed move and expressed his desire to join Arsenal, paving the way for the London club to advance negotiations with Hull City.

Belloumi has impressed with his performances for Hull City this season, registering five goal contributions in nine appearances. His attacking output, technical ability and versatility have attracted attention, with Arsenal now considering a move to bring him to north London.
Having reportedly reached an understanding with the player, Arsenal are expected to turn their attention towards negotiating the financial details of the transfer with Hull City’s hierarchy.
However, an agreement between the two clubs is still required before the proposed move can be completed, with the transfer fee and other contractual terms expected to play an important role in determining the outcome of negotiations.
Belloumi’s potential arrival would represent another step in Arsenal’s efforts to add depth and quality to their attacking department as Arteta continues to build a squad capable of competing for major honours.

His performances in English football have helped him attract wider recognition and establish himself in Algeria’s senior national team, further increasing his profile.
With the player reportedly keen on the move, Arsenal will now look to reach an agreement with Hull City to bring the highly rated winger to the Premier League.
