Arsenal eye Bradley Barcola to strengthen attack
Arsenal are exploring a move for Bradley Barcola as they plan a busy summer transfer window and look to strengthen their attack.
Fabrizio Romano says the Gunners have “genuine interest” in the Paris Saint-Germain winger, with the club also weighing up whether their priority should be a winger or a striker.
Barcola has been sensational for PSG this season and remains a fan favourite in Paris. The 23-year-old has produced 47 appearances in all competitions, scoring 13 goals and adding six assists, underlining why he is attracting attention from one of Europe’s biggest clubs.
Any deal would be difficult, though, because Barcola is tied to PSG until June 2028. That long contract gives the French champions a strong hand in negotiations, especially with the player also expected to be in the spotlight for the Champions League final.
He is likely to start PSG’s game against Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League final, which only adds more intrigue to the transfer talk. For now, Arsenal’s interest is real, but turning that into a summer move will be a far tougher task.
