Arsenal become favourites to sign Bradley Barcola
Bradley Barcola could be on the move this summer, and Arsenal are currently viewed as his most likely destination if he leaves Paris Saint-Germain.
The 23-year-old winger joined PSG from Lyon in 2023 and has impressed, but fierce competition in attack has made it hard for him to become an undisputed starter.
Reports in Germany recently linked both Arsenal and Barcelona with the Frenchman, and now L’Équipe claim Arsenal are leading the race should Barcola decide to depart. PSG, however, are not pushing him out. His contract runs until 2028 and the club are even said to be interested in extending it, which means any deal is likely to be expensive.
Several other European giants, including Manchester United, Liverpool and Bayern Munich, have also been credited with interest over the spring.
Since arriving at PSG, Barcola has delivered 39 goals and 37 assists in 151 competitive appearances, underlining why he is so highly rated. For now, a transfer is not guaranteed, but if he does move on, Arsenal appear to be in the strongest position to sign him.
