Tolu Arokodare netted his 10th goal of the season as KRC Genk secured a 2-2 draw against Sint-Truiden in the Belgian Pro League on Sunday at the Stayen Stadium.
The Nigerian forward opened the scoring in the 26th minute, giving the visitors an early advantage.
However, controversy arose when Arokodare celebrated provocatively in front of the home supporters.
Sint-Truiden responded through two goals from Adriano Bertaccini, putting the hosts ahead.
But a late own goal from Leo Brian in stoppage time allowed Genk to escape with a point.
The result keeps Genk at the top of the league table with 35 points from 16 matches, maintaining a four-point lead over defending champions Club Brugge.
