Swedish forward of Cameroonian descent, Anthony Elanga, scored an incredible goal on Tuesday night, leading Nottingham Forest to a delightful 1-0 victory against Manchester United.
The winger started for his team in their Week 30 contest of the 2024/25 English Premier League campaign.
In the game played at the City Ground, Anthony Elanga was unstoppable throughout the contest and made the difference.
On the matchday, the highly-rated winger scored the only goal of the match in the 5th minute of the first half.
The winger picked the ball from the edge of the Nottingham Forest area and went on a swift counter-attack.
He weaved his way through midfield, going past several Manchester United players before firing an unstoppable shot that beat Andre Onana to give Forest the lead.
Despite the spirited effort from Manchester United, the team could not score and had to succumb to the defeat at the end of the 90 minutes.
Elanga has been named Man of the Match.
