Angola Gears Up for AFCON 2015 Qualifiers with Friendlies Against Ethiopia and Bolivia
As hosts of the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations, Angola is eager not to miss the next tournament in Morocco, scheduled for January 2015. The Palancas Negras will begin their qualification campaign in September, competing in Group 5 alongside Burkina Faso, Gabon, and the winner of the Lesotho-Kenya playoff.
To prepare, Angola has arranged two friendly matches in August, both in Luanda:
August 3: Angola vs. Ethiopia
August 13: Angola vs. Bolivia
These games aim to sharpen the team ahead of their qualifiers.
