Andrezieux bring in Senegal defender Cheikh Sane from Pau FC B

Senegal centre-back Cheikh Sane has joined Andrezieux from Pau FC B on a free transfer, completing a move between two French clubs.

Sane, 24, switches from Pau FC B’s National 2 – Group A side to Andrezieux, who compete in National 1 – Group C. The move was completed on 17 August 2026 and gives Andrezieux a new option in central defence.

The Senegalese defender’s arrival marks a change of club within the French football pyramid after his spell with Pau FC B. His position is listed as centre-back, placing him in the defensive group at his new club.

Andrezieux have secured Sane without paying a transfer fee. The agreement is recorded as a free transfer, although no details of the length or terms of his contract have been made public.
