Andre NDiaye: German-Senegalese defender joins SVA Delmenhorst on free transfer
German-Senegalese left-back Andre N’Diaye has joined SVA Delmenhorst from BSV Rehden on a free transfer, signing a deal with the Regionalliga Nord club until 30 June 2027. The 25-year-old switches leagues in the process, stepping up from the Oberliga Niedersachsen to the fourth tier.
N’Diaye arrives in Delmenhorst with substantial experience at both levels, having played nearly 100 matches in the Oberliga Niedersachsen and close to 50 games in the Regionalliga Nord during his senior career. Primarily a left-back, he has also contributed regularly in the final third, registering goals and assists across league and cup competitions.
The defender moves on after one season at BSV Rehden, whom he had joined in August 2025, also as a free agent. Before that, he spent three years with Kickers Emden, where he helped the club win the Oberliga Niedersachsen title in the 2023-24 campaign. His performances there underlined his ability to influence games both defensively and offensively, including a notable scoring return in promotion play-offs.
N’Diaye began his senior career at Arminia Hannover after progressing from TSV Havelse’s under-19 side, building a reputation as a reliable option on the left flank in Lower Saxony football. His consistent minutes and versatility across regional competitions have made him a familiar figure in the northern German pyramid.
The move to SVA Delmenhorst ties N’Diaye to the Regionalliga Nord side for the 2026-27 season and beyond, with his contract running through to the summer of 2027.
