Ampem Darkoa Ladies build commanding half-time lead over Dynamique FC in UFOA B semi-final

Ampem Darkoa Ladies are within touching distance of the final of the UFOA B women’s tournament after taking a 3-0 lead over Dynamique FC at half-time in the second semi-final.

The Ghanaian side produced a dominant first-half display, scoring three times in 21 minutes to put themselves in a commanding position before the interval.

Milot Abena opened the scoring in the 17th minute, giving Ampem Darkoa Ladies the advantage after a bright start. Rebecca Assemani then extended their lead 11 minutes later, leaving Dynamique FC facing a difficult task for the remainder of the contest.

Gloria Adamako added a third goal in the 38th minute to complete a decisive spell of pressure from the Ghanaian team and give them a three-goal cushion at the break.

Ampem Darkoa Ladies came into the semi-final after an unbeaten and perfect group-stage campaign, and their performance against Dynamique FC has continued that impressive momentum. Their organisation and attacking efficiency have placed them in a strong position to reach the tournament’s final.
