ES Setif’s coach, Ammar Souiheb, has revealed that he will rely on his past experience in an attempt to guide his team to victory against MC El Bayadh.
Speaking at a press conference, Souiheb stated, “Preparations for the match against MC El Bayadh have been conducted under normal circumstances.”
He added, “It is true that I recently joined ES Setif’s coaching staff, but I have a small idea about the group we have, and I will rely on my previous experience in managing our upcoming match.”
Furthermore, he expressed concern about the absence of some players due to injuries, stating, “The only thing that worries me is the absence of some players due to injuries, and we are obliged to deal with this situation.”
Ammar Souiheb continued, emphasizing the importance of the upcoming match both psychologically and mentally for the team, stating, “This match is of special significance to us psychologically and mentally because we are obliged to achieve a positive result to gain confidence from the coaching staff, management, and supporters.”
