Amine Souane linked with Baltika switch as FUS Rabat winger attracts Russian interest

Moroccan right winger Amine Souane is the subject of a reported move from FUS Rabat to Russian Premier Liga club Baltika.

Souane, 24, joined FUS Rabat from Mouloudia on a free transfer in July 2024 and remains under contract until 30 June 2027. His current market value is listed at €900,000, although no transfer fee has been reported for the proposed move.

The Oujda-born forward has made 120 appearances in Morocco’s Botola Pro Inwi, scoring 17 goals and providing six assists. He has also recorded three goals and three assists in seven Coupe du Trone Marocaine appearances.

Souane was part of Morocco’s squad that won the African Nations Championship in the 2024-25 season. He has spent his senior club career in Morocco, progressing from Mouloudia’s reserve side before establishing himself with the first team and later moving to FUS Rabat.

Baltika, who compete in Russia’s top division, have been linked with recruiting the right-footed winger as he approaches the final season of his current FUS Rabat contract. The reported interest remains unconfirmed, with Souane still registered as a FUS Rabat player.
