American-Ghanaian midfielder Yunus Musah to undergo medical on Monday to seal Atalanta move

American midfielder of Ghanaian descent, Yunus Musah, will undergo a medical examination on Monday to complete his move to Atalanta BC.

As reported by Africasocer on Saturday, the youngster is set to sign for Atalanta on a season-long loan from fellow Italian Serie A side AC Milan.

The 22-year-old will join Atalanta on a season-long loan with an option to buy, according to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio.

The deal is structured at €4 million for the loan and €26 million for a permanent transfer next June, bringing the total package to €30 million.

Musah, who joined Milan in 2023, now heads to Bergamo in the closing stages of the transfer window as Atalanta strengthens their midfield options.

The deal is expected to be completed tomorrow before the transfer deadline at 7 pm.

Musah is excited about the move and is eager to play a key role for Atalanta in the ongoing football season.
