AmaZulu sign South African midfielder Siphesihle Maduna from TS Galaxy

South African attacking midfielder Siphesihle Maduna has joined AmaZulu FC from TS Galaxy, giving the Betway Premiership club a new option in midfield.

Maduna, 26, completed the move on 10 August 2026 after leaving TS Galaxy, with both clubs competing in South Africa’s top flight. The transfer keeps the Ladysmith-born player in the Betway Premiership as he begins the next stage of his career with AmaZulu.

Primarily an attacking midfielder, Maduna is right-footed and stands 1.70m tall. His arrival adds a player with a naturally advanced midfield role to AmaZulu’s squad, while his experience of the same domestic competition provides continuity as he changes clubs.

Born in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal, on 26 December 1999, Maduna has represented his country’s footballing system at club level and now remains in South Africa for the latest move of his career. His switch from TS Galaxy to AmaZulu also brings the midfielder closer to his KwaZulu-Natal birthplace.

AmaZulu’s new signing has a market value of €550,000, a figure that reflects his standing as an established attacking midfielder in the South African game. The move was recorded without a published transfer fee, and no contract length has been disclosed.

Maduna’s change of club is one of the latest player movements within the Betway Premiership, with AmaZulu securing the services of a midfielder who can operate behind the attack. His position, age and domestic experience define the profile he brings to the club as the 2026-27 campaign approaches.

AmaZulu have now completed Siphesihle Maduna’s move from TS Galaxy, with the South African midfielder joining the club on 10 August 2026.
