Alieu Njie: Crystal Palace linked with Torino winger
Swedish-Gambian winger Alieu Njie, who currently plays for Torino, has been linked with a move to Crystal Palace.
Njie, 21, plays on the left wing and joined the Serie A club on 1 July 2024. He remains under contract with Torino until 30 June 2029, meaning any potential move would involve a player with four years remaining on his current deal.
The right-footed forward was born in Stora Tuna, Sweden, and holds Swedish and Gambian nationality. He is listed at 1.85m and has a market value of €3m.
The reported interest places Njie in a possible move from Italy’s top flight to the Premier League, with Crystal Palace identified as the club linked with his signing. No transfer fee, bid or probability has been provided as part of the rumour.
Njie wears number 92 for Torino and is registered as a left winger. He joined the club in 2024 and remains part of their squad as the speculation over a move to south London emerges.
His long-term Torino contract means the Serie A club retain him for the foreseeable future, with the agreement due to run until the end of June 2029.
