Ali Kasola: Ghana-Germany midfielder joins RSV Eintracht on free transfer from TSV Mariendorf

RSV Eintracht have signed Ghana-Germany defensive midfielder Ali Kasola on a free transfer from TSV Mariendorf. The 18-year-old joins the Regionalliga Nordost side after impressing in Berlin-Liga action and completes his move ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.

Kasola arrives after a productive spell at Mariendorf, where he established himself as a regular in senior football. Operating mainly in front of the back four, the right-footer now steps up a tier as RSV Eintracht look to strengthen their midfield options for the new season.

Standing at 1.84m, Kasola already has substantial game time behind him. Across Berlin-Liga and cup action, he has made more than 40 appearances, contributing seven goals from a holding midfield role and accumulating over 3,000 minutes on the pitch. That level of involvement at his age provides RSV with a player used to consistent responsibility at senior level.

Before joining TSV Mariendorf in 2025, Kasola had been part of Viktoria Berlin’s under-19 set-up, having moved there at the start of 2024. His progression from youth football in the capital to regular minutes in the Berlin-Liga has now led to a move into the regional leagues.

Kasola’s switch from TSV Mariendorf to RSV Eintracht is a permanent free transfer completed on 17 July 2026.
