Egyptian side Al Masry have added serious firepower to their attack by officially landing Algerian striker Mounder Temine from CS Constantine.

Announced on Thursday, the 23-year-old becomes the club’s second signing ahead of the new season, joining after Al Ahly midfielder Omar Al Saai arrived on loan. Al Masry revealed the move with a presentation video posted on their social media, featuring Temine at a stadium under construction.

Temine, who previously featured for Algeria’s Olympic team, signs a three-year deal. His experience includes 74 league matches for CS Constantine, where he scored 13 goals and assisted six. He also made an impact in continental football, scoring three goals and recording one assist in 11 African Confederation Cup games.

According to Kooora, Al Masry triggered his $250,000 release clause to secure the deal.

The club is aiming to build a strong squad for the new campaign, and the addition of Temine is seen as a step in the right direction as they continue their summer rebuild.

Temine’s arrival is expected to bring new energy to Al Masry’s frontline.
