Algerian National Football Team Donates $9 Million World Cup Bonus to Gaza

Algerian National Team Donates World Cup Bonuses to Gaza

The Algerian national team, known as the Fennecs, have shown their generosity off the pitch as well as on it. Following their spirited performance at the World Cup and the warm welcome they received upon returning home, the team decided to make a meaningful gesture in support of their brothers in Palestine.

According to a journalist close to the players, the Fennecs have pledged to donate their World Cup bonuses to the people of Gaza.

“They need it more than we do,” one of the players reportedly told the journalist.

While no details have been disclosed regarding the exact amount of the donation, it is expected to provide some much-needed relief to those living in Gaza, where daily life has grown increasingly challenging.

It seems the Fennecs’ efforts on the Brazilian fields were not just for glory, but also for a greater cause.
