Having acquired Algerian nationality in 2004, Agouazi spoke about his familiarity with the national team’s recent performances and expressed confidence in finding a comfortable environment within the squad. He acknowledged the emotional significance of the call-up and highlighted his good relations with fellow player Fouad Kadir of Olympique de Marseille.
