Alexis Alegue: Cameroon-French winger swaps Jablonec for Artis Brno in Chance Liga move

Alexis Alegue, the Cameroon-born French winger, has joined Artis Brno from league rivals Jablonec in a completed Chance Liga transfer. The 29-year-old left-footer, who operates mainly on the right flank, makes the switch within Czech football after three years in the country’s second tier.

Alegue arrives in Brno with a solid record of influence in the Chance Liga, having made 74 league appearances with seven goals and 13 assists, plus a further nine outings and an assist in the championship group. He also featured in relegation group and play-off matches, underlining his experience across the full range of competition formats in the division.

The move continues a career that has increasingly been shaped in Central Europe. Alegue first headed to Czech football in 2022 when he joined MFK Vyskov after a brief spell without a club, later earning his move to Jablonec in 2023. His performances have coincided with a rise in his valuation, with his current market value standing at €600,000.

Before moving east, Alegue developed in France, coming through the FC Nantes youth system and progressing to their B team after early spells with Puteaux and AC Boulogne-Billancourt at youth level. Senior opportunities followed with a free transfer to Rodez AF in 2020 and a series of appearances across Ligue 1, Ligue 2 and the French lower divisions, where he gained experience in both league and cup competitions.

Artis Brno’s latest signing, who joined the club on 22 July 2026, will now continue his Chance Liga career in Brno colours.
