Alejandro Balde could leave Barcelona on loan in January after falling out of favour under Hansi Flick, according to TEAMtalk.

The 22-year-old left-back has played only 12 minutes this season, coming on briefly against Racing at Camp Nou. Once an important player for Flick, Balde has been pushed down the pecking order by Xavi Espart and Joao Cancelo.

Despite his reduced role, Balde is not rushing for an exit. He is under contract until June 2028 and wants to stay, fight for his place and win back the confidence of the Barcelona coach.

Barcelona, however, are open to a temporary move in the winter transfer window. TEAMtalk reports that a January loan is a real option, and the situation has caught the attention of several European clubs.

Paris Saint-Germain are among the teams monitoring Balde, though Manchester United and Liverpool are also interested. Liverpool have reportedly been offered the defender, while United are considering a loan move.

Balde is not the only Barcelona defender linked with PSG. Jules Kounde was studied by Paris in the summer, but the move did not progress because Achraf Hakimi remains first choice at right-back.
