It’s official: French coach Alain Perrin has been appointed as the new head coach of the Chinese national football team. The announcement was made in a press release by Yu Hongchen, the vice-president of the Chinese Football Association (CFA).
Details regarding the duration of Perrin’s contract and the financial terms have not been disclosed at this time. Perrin, who has previously coached teams such as Marseille, Sochaux, Lyon, and Saint-Etienne in France, had been without a coaching job for some time before landing this position with the Chinese national team.
