Al Wasl v Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya: ticket prices, match details and latest form

Al Wasl will face Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya in the AFC Champions League Elite, although official details about the venue and broadcast arrangements have yet to be confirmed.

The match is expected to attract significant interest, with supporters awaiting further information on when and where tickets will be released. No official broadcasting details are currently available, while the stadium arrangements are also still to be announced.

Ticket information currently available relates to the Saudi Pro League fixture between Al-Qadsiah and Al-Hilal. Official tickets are sold through WeBook, the Saudi Pro League’s authorised ticketing provider, as well as through Al-Qadsiah’s official ticketing channels.

The main allocation is usually put on sale between 10 and 14 days before a match. Standard tickets often sell quickly because of strong demand, but secondary platforms such as GrintaHub may provide an alternative if tickets are no longer available through official sources.

Prices on official platforms start at 59 Saudi riyals for basic general-admission seats. Tickets in the lower tier, closer to the pitch, cost more depending on the category and view.

On the secondary market, GrintaHub prices start at about 95 Saudi riyals, with the final cost determined by the location of the seat and availability.

Al Wasl and Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya’s recent form

Al Wasl have recorded two wins, one draw and two defeats in their past five matches across all competitions.

Their most recent game ended in a 2-1 defeat by Al-Qadsiah in the AFC Champions League Elite, while they also lost 1-0 to Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai in the UAE Gulf League.

They have shown attacking strength in that run, beating Khorfakkan 5-2 and winning 3-0 away at Kalba. Across the five matches, Al Wasl scored 11 goals and conceded seven.

Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya’s recent results have been less encouraging. They have won once, drawn once and lost three times in their last five games.

Their only victory came away to Karbala, where they scored three goals. Defeats by Neftchi Fergana, Al-Zawraa and Duhok during the same period point to a lack of consistency. Their latest result was a 1-1 draw with Diyala in the Iraqi Premier League.

Previous meetings

The head-to-head record between the clubs is limited but gives Al Wasl an advantage on goal difference.

Their most recent meeting came in the 2008 AFC Champions League Elite, when Al Wasl won 2-1 away against Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya. Earlier in the same edition, Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya had recorded a 1-0 victory at Al Wasl.

The two teams therefore have one win apiece from their two documented meetings, with Al Wasl having scored more goals overall.
