Al Masry fully prepared for Kaizer Chiefs clash – Coach Nebil Koki

Al Masry head coach Nebil Koki says his outfit are well prepared for their CAF Confederation Cup match against Kaizer Chiefs.

In a highly competitive on Sunday, the Egyptian outfit will play host to the South African side in the group stage opener, with both teams seeking for victory.

Despite acknowledging coach Ben Youssef threat, Koki insists his outfit are prepared for the clash.

“We know how strong Kaizer Chiefs are, and we are fully prepared. Having Tunisian coach Khalil Ben Youssef leading Kaizer Chiefs adds a level of difficulty to the match,” Koki said as per MISR Connect.

“The start is crucial at this stage of the tournament. We are determined to take all three points.”

Koki expects the 27-000-seater Suez Stadium to be paced to the rafters as they start their Confederation Cup sojourn.

“I expect strong support from Al-Masry fans to encourage the players. Our aim is to go as far as possible in the Confederation Cup, starting with advancing from the group.

“Our ambitions are high, and we will defend our chances with full determination. We face some key absences, but we have full confidence in the players to compensate effectively.”
