UAE giants Al Ain FC have completed the signing of promising young Cameroonian striker Baba Bello, securing a long-term deal for the in-form forward ahead of the upcoming season.

The 21-year-old, who has been on loan from RS Berkane to Hassania Agadir, has agreed terms with the Emirati club following successful negotiations with all parties involved, including officials of the Moroccan side.

According to reports, Al Ain have already signed a preliminary four-year contract with the talented attacker, marking a significant addition to their offensive options as they prepare for a new campaign.

Bello has enjoyed a standout season in Morocco, registering 14 goals and establishing himself as one of the most exciting young attacking prospects in the league. His performances attracted interest from several clubs across Europe and the Gulf region, but Al Ain ultimately won the race for his signature.

The transfer fee is reported to exceed one billion centimes (approximately €10,000), a figure that convinced RS Berkane to approve the deal despite receiving competing offers from other interested clubs.

Al Ain’s recruitment of Bello is seen as part of a wider strategy to strengthen their attacking depth and invest in emerging talent capable of making an immediate impact while also offering long-term value.

The forward is expected to link up with a strong attacking unit at the club, where he will join established names such as Moroccan star Soufiane Rahimi as Al Ain look to maintain their dominance in domestic competitions and compete strongly on the continental stage.

Club officials are reportedly confident that Bello’s pace, movement, and clinical finishing will translate well to the UAE Pro League, where expectations will be high following his impressive performances in Morocco.

For Bello, the move represents a major step forward in his career, offering him the opportunity to showcase his talent on a bigger stage and continue his development in one of Asia’s most competitive leagues.

With the deal now finalized, attention turns to his integration into the squad and how quickly he can adapt to his new surroundings as Al Ain prepare for the challenges ahead.
