Al-Ahly striker, Genk Gardišar, is expected to return to the set-up when they face Petrojet on Wednesday in the third round of the Egyptian Premier League’s crowning stage.
The Slovenian striker suffered an injury in their CAF Champions League second leg tie against Mamelodi Sundowns on Friday in Cairo.
“Gradišar is fully fit and participated in today’s training,” a club official source told Kooora.
He added, “Yahya Attiyat Allah and Karim El-Dabbas will continue to be absent from the match due to injury.
“Karim Fouad and Reda Selim are also continuing their rehabilitation program to recover from their injuries.”
The Red Devils will hold their final training session today before interim coach Emad El-Nahhas selects the squad that will depart for a Cairo hotel for a closed training camp on the night of the match.
