Al Ahly manager Houcine Ammouta has finalised his squad for Sunday’s Egyptian Premier League meeting with Zamalek at Cairo International Stadium.
The match, which will be played in the sixth round of the competition, sees Al Ahly include Imam Ashour and Achraf Bencharki among their selected players.

Goalkeepers: Mohamed El Shenawy, Mostafa Shobeir, Hamza Alaa
Defenders: Mohamed Hany, Karim Fouad, Akram Tawfik, Tawfik Mohamed, Yassin Marei, Hady Riyad, Achraf Dari
Midfielders: Ahmed Reda, Ali Mahmoud, Imam Ashour, Mohamed Magdy “Afsha”, Ahmed Sayed “Zizo”, Hussein El Shahat, Taher Mohamed, Omar El Saai, Marwan Attia
Forwards: Sofiane Ben Jedidi, Moncef Bekrar, Mohamed Abdallah, Oktay Abdallah, Achraf Bencharki
Al Ahly will be without five players for the match.
Yasser Ibrahim, Koka, Karim El Debes and Mahmoud Salah have all been ruled out because they are not fully fit. Omar Sayed Moawad is also absent for technical reasons.
Al Ahly are currently third in the Egyptian Premier League table with 13 points. They are level on points with second-placed Zamalek, but sit behind them on goal difference.
Pyramids lead the standings, two points ahead of Al Ahly.
