Al Ahly midfielder Hamza Abdel Karim expected to complete Barcelona move today

Al-Ahly midfielder Hamza Abdel Karim is set to finalise a loan move to Barcelona today.
The Egyptian international is expected to travel to Spain as part of the winter transfer window arrangement.
Barcelona will take Abdel Karim on a loan deal without an initial fee, with an option to make the transfer permanent for $1.6 million.
Al-Ahly is currently preparing for continental action, facing Tanzanian side Young Africans in the fourth round of the CAF Champions League group stage today, January 31, at 3:00 PM.
