Al Ahly attacker Nejc Gradisar has set sights on securing victory against Al Hilal in the CAF Champions League return clash.
The Egyptian powerhouse cruised to a 1-0 win over Al Hilal in the first leg of the quarterfinals held at the Cairo International Stadium on Tuesday.
Mohamed Hany’s early strike was enough to secure victory for the defending champions at their own backyard.
Speaking to beIN Sports after the match, Gradisar asserted his outfit will play to secure victory in the second leg to progress to the next stage.
“We have a second half ahead of us in the second leg in Mauritania, and we will prepare well for this match and play with all our strength to achieve victory.”
Al Hilal will play host to Al Ahly in the return leg clash scheduled for next week Tuesday in Mauritania.
