Al-Ahly has secured contract extensions for rising stars Mostafa Shobeir, Ahmed Nabil Kouka, and Marwan Attia, confirming their commitment to the club for the next five seasons. This was revealed by media figure Medhat Shalaby during his program Ya Masaa Al-Anwar on MBC Masr.
These players, part of the club’s second-tier group, have agreed to long-term contracts,” Shalaby stated.
He also mentioned that sporting director Mohamed Ramadan assured Kouka he would be allowed to explore professional opportunities abroad if a suitable offer arises.
Ramadan is continuing negotiations with senior players Mohamed El-Shennawy, Akram Tawfik, Hamza Alaa, Rami Rabia, and Yasser Ibrahim to secure their contract renewals.
However, the club has decided not to extend the contracts of Percy Tau, Ali Maaloul, and Amr El-Sulaya, signaling changes in the squad’s composition moving forward.
This proactive approach underscores Al-Ahly’s commitment to balancing youth development with experienced leadership as it shapes its future strategies.
