Al Ahly are pushing forward with their league campaign as they prepare for a tough meeting against Enppi on Sunday in the sixth round of the Egyptian Premier League.

The Red Devils are working hard in training but will have to manage without three important players.

Walid Salah El-Din, the club’s football director, confirmed that the international players returned after the break and are taking part in recovery sessions. Interim coach Emad El Nahhas also held a technical lecture to guide the squad on key details for the coming stage and the Enppi clash in particular.

Training included physical drills followed by specialized exercises, all under the preparation plan designed by the coaching team. Karim Fouad and Mohamed Shukry continued with their rehabilitation programs, while Ashraf Dari worked through field sessions before switching to gym treatment.

“The trio, Shukry, Karim Fouad and Dari, will not be able to play against Enppi,” a source told Kooora.

Currently, Al Ahly sit 13th in the league with just 5 points, and fans will hope the team rises in form despite the absences.
