Al Ahly consider January move for Mahmoud Al-Jazzar after Amr El-Gazzar’s ACL injury

Al Ahly have started planning ahead of the January transfer window as the Egyptian giants look to strengthen their defence following the serious injury suffered by Amr El-Gazzar.
