Ahmed Hamdy included in Al Ittihad Alexandria squad for first time this season

Ahmed Hamdy has been named in the Al Ittihad Alexandria squad for the first time this season ahead of Tuesday’s league match against Al Masry.

Al Ittihad Alexandria will visit Al Masry at New Suez Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 20:00 on Tuesday. The fixture is the fifth round of the league campaign.

Hamdy joined Al Ittihad Alexandria before the start of the season on a free transfer, following the expiry of his contract with Zamalek.

Al Ittihad manager Hamza El-Gamal has announced the squad for the match.

Al Masry sit ninth in the table with six points, while Al Ittihad Alexandria are seventh on seven points.

Al Ittihad have won their last two matches, beating Petrojet 1-0 before a 2-0 victory over Abu Qir Fertilizers.
