Zamalek will be without left-back Ahmed Fattouh for their Premier League clash against Enppi at the Arab Contractors Stadium.
The defender suffered a knee injury two days ago and has been sidelined from training as a precaution.
A source inside the club told Kooora, “Ahmed Fattouh was injured in the knee two days ago and did not participate in the team’s group exercises.”
Zamalek’s medical team has placed him on a rehabilitation program to prevent further complications, ruling him out of action for at least a week.
The squad will also miss several key players. Ahmed Mustafa Zizou is suspended due to yellow card accumulation, while Mohamed Shehata is out following a red card in the previous match. Injuries have sidelined Hamza Al-Mathlouthi, Ahmed Hamdi, Mohamed Abdel Shafi, and Mahmoud Jihad, while Ahmed Rifai and Mahmoud Shikabala remain unfit.
Zamalek sit fourth in the league with 29 points, while Enppi, struggling near the bottom, are in 17th place with just 12 points.
