The Kozah Sports Association (Asko de Kara) had high hopes in the previous edition of the national first division championship but experienced mixed results. In their first match against Okiti de Badou, Asko de Kara could only secure a draw (1-1). The club finished 6th in the general classification behind other teams.
One of the challenges facing Asko de Kara is a coaching problem, as the club changed coaches three times during the previous season. Despite the difficulties, the club aims for improved performance in the coming year.
Africa Top Sports Awards recognized Asko de Kara as the “bad African club,” but wishes the team a better 2013.
