Afimico Pululu is being linked with a move from Polish champions Jagiellonia to Egyptian giants Ahly SC, with the probability of a deal currently rated at 38% according to data compiled on the rumour.

The 26-year-old centre-forward, who holds DR Congo and French nationality, is valued at €4.00m and remains under contract terms that have not been publicly disclosed, leaving open the possibility he could become a free agent in the near future. That uncertainty is understood to be fuelling interest from Ahly SC as they explore attacking options in the Egyptian Premier League.

Pululu has emerged as one of Jagiellonia’s key attacking figures since arriving from SpVgg Greuther Fürth in 2023, wearing the number 10 shirt in Białystok. His market value has climbed sharply during his time in the Ekstraklasa, rising from under €1m at the start of the 2023-24 season to a peak of €5m in early 2025 before settling at the current €4m mark in June 2025.

Born in Luanda on 23 March 1999, the 1.75m left-footed forward came through FC Basel’s youth ranks, progressing from the U16s to the U21s and then the first team, and has also had a loan spell at Neuchâtel Xamax in Switzerland’s top flight. A permanent move to Greuther Fürth in Germany followed in 2022 before his switch to Poland.

Pululu’s experience across the Swiss Super League, 2. Bundesliga and Ekstraklasa, combined with his versatility in the central attacking role, is seen as attractive for Ahly SC as they look to add a different profile of striker. For the player, a move to Cairo would represent a new chapter on another continent and could prove a pivotal step in shaping the next phase of his career if the rumoured transfer eventually materialises.
