Senegal Unveils 21-Man Squad for U20 Africa Cup of Nations 2015
As host nation for the 2015 U20 Africa Cup of Nations, Senegal has officially announced its 21-player squad for the tournament, set to kick off in Dakar. Coach Joseph Koto, speaking at a press conference this Friday, emphasized the wide-ranging effort behind the selection process:
“We have traveled both within and outside the country. We have put together the best possible selection,” he stated, as quoted by APS.
The squad includes 9 expatriate players and is part of Group A, where Senegal will face Nigeria, Congo, and Ivory Coast.
