The first semi-final encounter of the tournament has ended in Tangier. A stunning strike from Sadio Mane dashed the hopes of Egypt, giving Senegal a 1-0 victory to book a place in the final.
Morocco and Nigeria, aware of the result before kick-off, will want to put up their best performance to advance into the final for a chance to claim the title.

2′ Nigeria must tread cautiously at the back.
3′ Ismael Saibari capitalised on a defensive mistake and tries his luck from inside the box. His effort on goal is blocked by a defender.
5′ A good start to the second semi-final match of the tournament. Unlike the Senegal vs Egypt match, this game is more open with a lot of attacking play. Great start to the game.
9′ So close!!! Brahim Diaz finds himself with a great opportunity! He unleashes a shot from the edge of the box, which whizzes just wide of the left post! That was so close. Unlucky for the Moroccans.
12′ Nigeria is gradually growing into the match. Lookman creates space for himself from the edge of the box, he unleashes a good shot, but it is saved by Nonou.
15′ Nigeria 0-0 Morocco.
20′ Daniel Nii Ayi Laryea blows his whistle for a foul after Bruno Onyemaechi (Nigeria) hacks down one of his opponents. Morocco win a free kick.
21′ The ball goes out of play and Nigeria will have a goal kick. Ismael Saibari (Morocco) leaps highest in the middle of the box to meet a lofted ball and powers a header at a goal, but unfortunately for him it flies just over the bar.
24′ Morocco keep possession of the ball by producing short passes and one-two passes from player to player.
27′ Victor Osimhen (Nigeria) is unable to control an accurate defence-splitting pass properly and one of the defending players reacts well to rob him of the ball.
28′ Achraf Hakimi plays a short lofted pass to Brahim Diaz (Morocco), whose header from the centre of the box drifts well past the left post. The ball is off of the pitch and it’s a goal kick for Nigeria.
30′ Nigeria 0-0 Morocco.
31′ Yellow card. Calvin Bassey (Nigeria) goes into the book for a bad tackle on his opponent. He will miss the next match.
35′ Achraf Hakimi (Morocco) failed to convert a mid-range free kick and sends the ball narrowly over the bar.
39′ What an amazing save by Stanley Nwabali! Noussair Mazraoui (Morocco) swirls around the defenders and attempts to beat the keeper with a close-range shot towards the left side of the target, but fails.
40′ We are into the last five minutes of the first half.
44′ Akor Adams (Nigeria) fails to pick a body out in the box with an over-hit cross to the back post. It’s a throw-in for Morocco.
45′ We will do just a minute of added time.
45+1′ Halftime in Rabat. Nigeria 0-0 Morocco.
