Nigeria’s Super Eagles have arrived in Rabat to begin the final phase of their preparations ahead of a crucial semi-final encounter against host nation Morocco at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

The team delegation touched down in the Moroccan capital on Monday and immediately shifted focus to their upcoming showdown with the Atlas Lions.

As part of the build-up, head coach Eric Chelle opted to keep tactical plans under wraps by holding a closed training session on Monday evening, with no media access granted.

According to sources, the decision was taken to ensure maximum concentration within the camp as the Super Eagles fine-tune their strategy for the highly anticipated contest.

Nigeria are expected to wrap up their preparations on Tuesday with another session scheduled for 6:15 pm at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, as attention turns fully to matchday.

The Super Eagles will take on Morocco on Wednesday at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, with kick-off set for 9:00 pm local time (21:00 GMT+1), as both sides battle for a place in the AFCON 2025 final.
