Jalal Al-Qadri, the head coach of the Tunisian national football team, has asserted that the Eagles of Carthage are prepared for the kickoff of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, setting their sights on reaching the farthest point in the tournament.

Tunisia is set to face Namibia on Tuesday in the opening match of Group Five in AFCON 2023.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Al-Qadri stated that the Tunisian national team is ready to face Namibia, fully prepared for the challenges of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

He emphasized their desire to make every Tunisian proud of their national team.

The coach highlighted that the players have entered a serious phase, acknowledging the experience within the Tunisian national team’s ranks and recognizing the strength of the competition.

Al-Qadri stressed that the results of yesterday’s matches in the African championship indicate that all teams are closely matched.

He expressed confidence in Tunisia’s thorough preparation and readiness for the competition.

The Tunisian coach emphasized the toughness of tomorrow’s match against Namibia, stating that all teams are prepared, and the level of competition is now more balanced compared to previous years when there was a significant gap between major teams, and outcomes were almost predetermined.
