Adil Aouchiche’s progress in Germany has led to a sharp rise in his estimated transfer value, with the Algeria international now valued at €7m by Transfermarkt.
The 24-year-old was assessed at €3.5m in June last year, meaning his valuation has increased by 100% since then. The rise reflects the attacking midfielder’s growing influence since joining Schalke 04 and his stronger position in the market.
Aouchiche made a significant contribution during the 2025/26 Bundesliga 2 campaign, appearing in 14 matches and starting 13 of them. He played 1,117 minutes in total, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
His performances formed part of Schalke 04’s successful season, which ended with the club securing promotion to the Bundesliga. The increased regularity of his appearances, along with his attacking statistics, has helped strengthen his reputation in a more demanding league.
Aouchiche has also benefited from continuity at club level. Regular playing time and his development in Germany have provided a stable platform for his progress, while his increasing involvement with Algeria’s national team has further contributed to his higher valuation.
The midfielder is currently on international duty with Algeria. He was an unused substitute in the team’s 3-1 victory against Zambia before coming on for the final 27 minutes of the 2-2 draw with Burundi.
Aouchiche remains under contract with Schalke 04 until 2030, giving him several more years to continue developing and potentially increase his market value further.
Algeria’s next fixture will be a friendly against Niger. The listed odds for the match are 1.21 for an Algeria win, 7.50 for a draw and 15.00 for a Niger victory.
