FIFPRO has announced the 26 players shortlisted for its 2026 World 11, with Paris Saint-Germain defender Achraf Hakimi the only Arab player included.
More than 19,806 professional footballers from 75 countries took part in the vote to select the nominees. The final team will be announced on 9 November.
The World 11 will include the goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders and three forwards who receive the most votes in their respective positions. The remaining place in the 11-player team will go to the outfield player with the next-highest overall number of votes.
