Achraf Bencharki has signed for Al Ahly SC, returning to Egyptian football after leaving Qatari club Al Rayyan.
The 30-year-old winger previously starred for Zamalek, scoring 41 goals and providing 28 assists in 109 appearances.
His move to Al Ahly, Zamalek’s fierce rivals, strengthens the reigning African champions ahead of upcoming competitions.
Bencharki will now look to make a similar impact in Cairo, this time in red.
