Aboubacar Cisse joins Polish club Kuznia on a free transfer

United States and Ivory Coast winger Aboubacar Cisse has joined Polish club Kuznia from Start Mszana on a free transfer.

The 24-year-old left winger completed the move on 21 September 2026, bringing his brief spell with Start Mszana to an end. Cisse had joined Start from Czech club SK FS Trebic on 2 August, also on a free transfer.

Cisse was born in Odienne and holds United States and Ivory Coast nationality. He is listed as a left winger and favours his right foot. The attacker is 1.70m tall and was born on 10 November 2001.

His move to Kuznia is the latest in a series of free transfers during a career that has taken him through clubs in several countries. Before arriving at SK FS Trebic in March 2026, he had been without a club after leaving Portuguese side Lusitano VRSA in July 2025.

Cisse joined Lusitano VRSA at the start of 2025 after a spell without a club. Earlier in the 2023-24 season, he moved from Bosnian club Travnik to TOSK Tesanj, having initially joined Travnik from FK Famos. He had previously played for Georgian side Merani Tbilisi after leaving Real Farma in May 2022.

The winger began that sequence of moves after departing French club Bormes-Mimosas in July 2021. He had joined Bormes-Mimosas from AFC Croydon, who signed him from KidSuper in September 2019.

Cisse’s recent transfer record shows each of his moves since joining AFC Croydon has been completed without a reported fee. His highest recorded market value was €25,000 during his time with TOSK Tesanj.

Kuznia have now added Cisse to their squad after his successive moves to SK FS Trebic and Start Mszana earlier in the 2026-27 season. The transfer was completed on 21 September, with Cisse joining the club from Start Mszana as a free agent transfer.
