Abdulakeem Agoro: Les Sables VF sign Nigerian-French forward from US Granville on free transfer
Les Sables Vendee Football have signed centre-forward Abdulakeem Agoro from US Granville on a free transfer, completing the move on 7 July 2026.
Agoro, a 25-year-old Nigeria and France dual national born in Lagos, joins Les Sables VF after a short spell at Granville, which he joined in January 2026. A left-footed attacker whose main position is through the middle, he strengthens the clubs options in the central striking role.
The move continues a busy 18 months for Agoro, who has changed clubs several times across the French pyramid. Before arriving at Granville, he spent the first half of the 2025-26 season with Hyeres 83 FC, having joined them from Vendee Poire Football in July 2025.
Earlier in his career, Agoro played for FC Versailles 78 and FC Libourne, moving to Versailles in July 2024 after a year at Libourne, where he arrived from AS Beziers in 2023. He previously featured for Stade Beaucairois 30 and Langon FC after coming through the youth ranks at Jeunesse Villenavaise, progressing from their U17 side to the U19s before stepping into senior football.
Agoros most recently recorded market valuation came in December 2024, when he was listed at 25,000 while on the books of Versailles, before later being registered at zero value during his time with Vendee Poire in March 2025.
Now established at Les Sables VF, Agoro adds further depth and experience to the clubs attacking department following a series of moves within the French game.
