Abdul Razak Salifu: Ghanaian Dreams FC forward linked with ES Setif move

Abdul Razak Salifu, the Ghanaian centre-forward currently at Dreams FC, is being linked with a move to Algerian top-flight side ES Setif. The 19-year-old has attracted attention from the Ligue 1 club following an impressive run of game time in the Ghana Premier League.

Salifu has established himself as a regular for Dreams FC, making 44 league appearances and scoring 14 goals, averaging a strike roughly every 206 minutes. His performances in the Ghanaian top tier have highlighted his ability to handle a significant workload at a young age, with 2,884 league minutes already under his belt.

ES Setif’s interest comes less than two years after Salifu joined Dreams FC from Still Believe FC in September 2024. Since that move he has developed into a key attacking option through the middle, wearing the number 35 shirt for the Dawu-based side.

The forward’s market value is currently estimated at around €50,000, a figure that would make any potential deal relatively modest by North African transfer standards. That valuation, combined with his age and top-flight exposure, has contributed to growing speculation over a switch to Algeria.

Salifu, born on 23 August 2006, remains under contract at Dreams FC, and there is no indication yet that negotiations between the clubs have reached an advanced stage. For now, he continues as Dreams FC’s centre-forward while ES Setif assess whether to formalise their reported interest.
