Abdoulie Jarjue Kabia has left Dynamo Brest after his contract with the Belarusian club ended, becoming a free agent with his status now officially listed as “Without Club.” The move was completed on 2026-02-12, with no transfer fee involved, and comes with the 25-year-old centre-back currently valued at €100k.
The Sierra Leone and Gambia dual national departs Dynamo Brest following his stint in the Belarusian Vysheyshaya Liga, where he had been under contract from 2024-08-21 until 2026-02-12. His exit means he is now free to negotiate with potential suitors, with no club owning his registration. The transfer is recorded as a standard move from Dynamo Brest to “Without Club,” underlining that this is not a loan or internal adjustment but a clean break at the end of his deal.
Kabia’s journey to Belarus followed a series of moves that have already given him a varied international résumé. Developed at Superstars Academy FC in The Gambia, he first moved abroad on loan to Israeli side Hapoel Ramat haSharon in 2019, competing in Israel’s league system before returning to the Gambian academy in 2023 at the end of his loan. Another temporary switch took him to Hapoel Kfar Saba for the 2023-24 season, again on loan from Superstars Academy FC, with that spell also concluding at the end of the campaign.
From there, he made the step into Belarusian football, joining Dynamo Brest in a permanent transfer from Superstars Academy FC. While at Ramat haSharon, his market value climbed steadily, peaking at €125k during his early twenties, before later stabilising at €100k during his time in Brest. That figure remains the current benchmark of his estimated worth.
Standing 1.91 m tall and operating primarily as a right-footed centre-back, Kabia offers the physical profile and positional discipline clubs often seek in a modern defender. His experience spans multiple leagues and countries, with competitive minutes logged in Israel and Belarus in addition to his formative years in The Gambia. Those spells abroad contrast with his roots in Freetown, where he was born on 27 Jan 2001, and underline the increasingly international nature of his career.
With no club attachment as of the conclusion of his Dynamo Brest contract, Kabia’s next step is open. His accumulated experience across different football cultures, combined with a six-figure market valuation, positions him as a potentially attractive option for clubs searching for a relatively young, tall, and internationally seasoned central defender. Where he signs next will go a long way toward defining the next phase of his career and determining whether his value and profile can climb again after this latest move into free agency.
