Abdel Rahim Al-Mutamanni has officially announced his resignation from the presidency of the Morocco Central Arbitration Committee, citing reasons related to “differences in orientations at the working level and conflicts of interest,” as he expressed it.
Al-Mutamanni stated to “Hesport” that this was not the first time he had requested to be relieved of his duties, as he had previously verbally submitted his resignation at an official meeting of the Central Committee and the Coordination Committee two months ago, for personal reasons.
He added: “This time, the situation became unbearable. The reason for my resignation is the presence of differences in some orientations at the working level, especially since the working conditions are no longer favorable.
I will provide detailed explanations on the matter soon.”
Al-Mutamanni mentioned that the work plan adopted by the Central Arbitration Committee was promising, but with the escalation of the factor of “conflict of personal and public interests,” the results become automatically negative.
Regarding whether the recent report from Raja Club Athletic yesterday was related to his decision, Al-Mutamanni replied that “the resignation was a personal conviction.
Personally, I am not influenced by a team report or a specific incident as much as it is related to observations about the general direction of work.”
