Egyptian forward Mahmoud Abdel Moneim Kahraba has officially terminated his contract with Kuwaiti side Al Qadisiyah, citing the club’s failure to meet its financial obligations.
Per information gathered, he is on the radar of several Egyptian clubs after leaving Al Qadisiyah.
The former international confirmed the decision through a statement shared on his Instagram account, revealing that the termination was made unilaterally and in line with football regulations.
As a result, Kahraba is now available on the market as a free agent during the ongoing winter transfer window.
“I announce the termination of my contract with Al-Qadisiyah of Kuwait (from my side), based on my failure to receive my contractual dues during the past period,” he wrote.
Kahraba further clarified his current status, stressing that the move was taken in accordance with FIFA rules while safeguarding his rights.
He added, “With this announcement, I confirm that I have become a free agent as of today, in accordance with FIFA regulations and laws, while fully retaining all my legal rights.”
Looking ahead, the Egyptian attacker expressed optimism about the next chapter of his career.
“I am looking forward to the next step in my football career, and I pray to God for success in what is to come,” he said.
Kahraba joined Al Qadisiyah in the summer of 2025 on a one-season deal after leaving Libyan club Al Ittihad, but his spell in Kuwait has now come to an abrupt end as he seeks a new destination.
