Abd-Elmajid Djaé has officially signed his first professional contract with Dijon FCO, following a standout performance with the club’s U19 team.

The 19-year-old Franco-Comorian striker, who joined Dijon in January 2024 from LOSC, has been rewarded for his impressive form, with the club announcing a three-year contract extension until June 2027.

Djaé’s move to Dijon marks a significant step in his career.

After joining the French third-division side, he quickly made an impact with his performances, catching the eye of the club’s management.

His talent and work ethic on the field have earned him the opportunity to take his first step into professional football, as confirmed by the club on its official Twitter account.

My ambition is to score a lot of goals to help the club achieve its objectives,” Djaé stated on the club’s official website.

I also wanted to thank the supporters who have always pushed me this season.

With the rest of the team, we intend to continue to give our all to write a great story together.”

The striker, whose market value is currently estimated at €100,000 by Transfermarkt, is eager to prove himself at the professional level. Dijon FCO has high expectations for him as he looks to help the club climb in the National league.
