Joachim Mununga has parted ways with RAEC Mons following the club’s relegation to the Belgian second division. The Congolese international attacking midfielder and the club have mutually agreed to terminate his contract, effective immediately and without compensation.
RAEC Mons released a statement wishing Mununga the best for his future professional endeavors.
Previously, Mununga has played for clubs like Mechelen and Gençlerbirligi. Although he was contracted to Mons until 2016, he is now a free agent after joining the club at the start of the season and featuring in 22 matches.
